Green juices are one of my favorite breakfasts/snacks as they are an easy way to consume your veggies and fruits. I never really follow recipes, I just put into the blender whatever fruit I have around the house and mix it with spinach.
Green Juice #1
- 2 oranges
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 lemon
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup of water
Green Juice #2
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 orange
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 Green yogurt
Green Juice #3
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- banana
- orange
- pienapple
- strawberries
